Shel Silverstein

“How much good inside a day? Depends how good you live ‘em.”

I can still smell the old copies of Shel Silverstein’s books in my elementary school library. Reading them made me feel clever and introduced me to the wonderful world of poetry. I’m slowly collecting them from thrift stories for my daughter to find on our bookshelves one day.
